We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting our products/services, and closing deals to drive company growth.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
